L&D Level 4

The SVQ Level 4 Learning & Development is aimed at senior trainers, or training co-ordinators/managers who plan, deliver and evaluate programmes and/or have some management responsibility for others. Level 4 candidates would be expected to have responsibility for developing and implementing training programmes, and some management of direct trainers

Candidates must complete 8 units for this qualification. This comprises of 3 mandatory units, one or both units within the mandatory optional section and the remaining units from Group B and C. No more than 2 units can be taken from Group C.
