The SVQ Level 5 Management is for practising managers who have responsibility for substantial programmes and resources and who may be able to influence the strategic development of the organisation. It also covers encouraging innovation, providing direction, motivating and supporting staff to achieve organisational objectives, implementing change.
You will need to complete three mandatory Units and four optional Units (from a choice of 24) in order to achieve the full qualification
