Oaks Training & Development currently has 30 students from the Grampian Region attending a
Get Ready for Work course in Aberdeen. Previous courses have had great results with numerous young people gaining jobs either within the Army or in alternative employment.
Many have also returned to full time education or have begun a Modern Apprentice course as a result of their newly gained confidence and qualifications.
