Stan Payne MBE is the Managing Director of Oaks Training & Development Ltd. He is highly qualified and has over 30 years experience in Learning & Development, Leadership and Management, with the latter 13 years in senior management.

The Company was formed in April 2006 and is going from strength to strength. We adhere to the Scottish Quality Management System Standards and have had ongoing contracts with Skills Development Scotland (Grampian) since our inception. Our staff are currently delivering Skillseeker and Modern Apprenticeships in several subject areas across the Grampian Region.

We are also providing training to local council staff in several areas ranging from Perth & Kinross to Shetland.

Oaks Training & Development is one of the few companies approved to deliver qualifications such as Management, Health & Safety and Learning Development up to Level 5 and we do so at very competative rates.

We strive to provide the best possible support and as a result of our service we have forged strong links with several companies and training providers throughout Scotland and we are continuing to expand.

Ian Payne, Director, Oaks Training & Development LtdOaks Training & Development has a strong team.  Stan’s son Ian is a director and he currently runs the training centre in Ellon, Aberdeenshire. 

Our team believe in working in partnership with clients. We are keen to provide guidance and advice in order to achieve the best training available.

This also includes providing information in order to access and inform as to the most appropriate funding options available.

In order for us to deliver training to suit your needs our staff will work with you to understand exact individual and/or organisational requirements, preferred learning styles and most appropriate learning times.
